Preamble: Whereas science is inherently innovative, and defined by new ideas and divergent thinking, the vehicles may not replicate each other,
SECTION 1: Let no device that a group creates be more than 60% the same as another group, blue prints (scale drawings) will be provided to the patent office, and will be assessed on a first come first serve basis,
SECTION 2: Any device that contains more than 60% similarities as identified by the patent office will have to be redesigned before construction on the device begins,
SECTION 3: Let groups that do not follow within the guidelines of this law either loose the 10 points for successfully completing the task, and if the group has already suffered this consequence as a result of a different violation the group will suffer an additional 5 points on their rubric.
SECTION 4: The entire group is held responsible for creating an original vehicle to complete the task.
SECTION 5: This bill shall go into effect immediately. |
